It's a fresh new year with fresh new goals!

The Goal
My goal in 2020 will be to place a children's or teen bible in every Little Free Library in De Pere, WI. As of today, there are 19 registered locations. There are 9 in De Pere and 10 in West De Pere.

I love to read, but I especially love to read my bible every day.  This year I decided I want to share my love of God's Word with the kids in our community.

Little Free Libraries
I love the idea of the Little Free Library. There are several on my regular walking route and I can't help but peek in each one to see what books are on the shelf. But you know, I have never seen a bible in any of them!

Why this goal?
My husband and I are empty-nesters now; but I remember very vividly how crazy life was raising children, working full time, taking care of a home, and making sure you have some quality time with your spouse. Putting God first makes juggling all of these things not only possible but enjoyable, but let's admit, putting God first doesn't always happen. There are so many great resources out there for our children, and I'd like to help by making a fun bible available to any child interested in learning more about our Creator and Savior!
